We are searching for a proven field leader who knows how to keep commercial plumbing projects moving. If you take pride in building high-quality systems, enjoy coaching crews in the field, and can keep safety, schedule, and craftsmanship in sync, this role is for you. Partner with project leadership to drive installation and repair work that is code-compliant, efficient, and done right the first time.
What You'll Do
Lead and oversee crews of 2–10 plumbers and apprentices
Install, repair, and replace water, drain, vent, and gas piping (copper, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, PVC)
Set fixtures and equipment including sinks, toilets, tubs, and water heaters
Locate, measure, and mark penetrations and fixture locations
Install supports, hangers, and related materials
Perform underground and above-grade piping work
Test systems and fixtures to verify function and safety
Read and interpret plans, specs, and blueprints
Maintain safe work practices and ensure code compliance
Assist with material needs, tools, and equipment planning
Manage labor, productivity, and installation quality
Other duties as needed to ensure complete systems
What You Bring
Current plumbing license (P-1 or P-2 equivalent)
Valid driver’s license
Ability to lead field crews effectively
Experience in commercial plumbing installation and repair
Strong code knowledge
OSHA certification preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specs
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work on ladders or lifts
Scissor/Boom Lift certification preferred
