We are seeking a

Manager/Senior Manager, Sales & Operations Planning

for our

First Quality Home Care Products, LLC

facility located in

Salt Lake City, UT.

This role will be responsible for designing, leading, and executing the Sales & Operations Planning process for the Home Care Products Division. This individual will ensure alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans to enable informed decision-making and optimal service levels.

This role is highly cross‑functional, requiring strong leadership and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Customer Service teams.

Primary responsibilities include:

Own and lead the S&OP process across the Home Care Products Division, ensuring monthly cycles are executed effectively and drive strategic alignment.

Facilitate cross‑functional S&OP meetings (Demand Review, Supply Review, Pre‑S&OP, and Executive S&OP).

Drive demand planning accuracy through collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Partner with supply planning and manufacturing to balance capacity constraints with demand requirements.

Analyze performance against forecast, inventory targets, service levels, and financial goals; drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Collaborate with Finance to align operational plans with budgets and forecasts.

Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor and communicate S&OP performance and opportunities.

Champion continuous improvement in planning tools, data quality, and processes.

Support scenario planning and risk mitigation related to supply chain disruptions or demand variability.

Lead system and process enhancements in partnership with IT and supply chain systems teams (e.g., ERP, advanced planning tools).

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field required.

MBA or APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) is a plus.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or operations, preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or manufacturing.

Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing or facilitating an S&OP or IBP process.

Experience with large ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and planning tools (Kinaxis, OMP, SAP IBP, etc.).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills; able to influence at all levels.

Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Process‑oriented with a mindset for continuous improvement.

High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Will be required to travel to various First Quality sites – US & Canada.
