Jr. Supply Chain Planner
Primary Responsibilities:
Monitor and ensure timely availability of materials (FG, MERCH & RM) required for production and distribution.
Track and maintain inventory levels in the warehouse to avoid shortages or overstock situations.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to resolve material flow issues.
Review planning dashboards and reports to identify action items, follow up, and ensure resolution.
Support daily and weekly planning routines, including updating schedules and communicating changes.
Assist in coordinating inbound and outbound shipments to align with inventory targets.
Assist in coordinating blocked stock and near shelf-life materials to align with inventory targets.
Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and planning adjustments.
Participate in operational meetings and provide updates on material status and inventory health.
Identification and evaluation of weak points within the Supply Chain in the Region
Development of various optimization scenarios in the Region
Collaboration in the further development of process optimizations
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Supply Chain or a business-related field. Equivalent combination of education and experience will also be considered.
1-3 years of experience in supply chain operations, planning, or inventory management
Proficiency in ERP systems and planning tools, SAP is strongly .
