LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with one of our clients looking to fill an Accounts Receivable Clerk job for the corporate office located in Richmond, CA. This position is 100 percent in-office! The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable working with clientele face to face and over the phone and have experience with accounting (accounts receivable or accounts payable). The role will be responsible for processing transactions daily, entering manual invoices and customer payments, updating customer accounts, reconciling accounts, receive payments via cash, checks and credit cards and process, communicating with customers via phone and in-person and resolve any challenges or discrepancies, and assist with other miscellaneous office duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications: - Accounting experience preferably Accounts Receivable experience - Excellent customer service and communications (written & verbal) - Software experience with Quickbooks would be nice to have - Team player, patient, and enthusiastic - Reliable, a can-do positive attitude, and quick to learn - Detailed, a problem-solver, organized, and gets the job done - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)

Experience: 1 year of Accounting experience (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Accounting Clerk, Accounting Assistant, Entry Level Recent Graduate in Accounting, Finance or related field)

Employment Type: Temp to Hire (3 to 4 months temporary)

Pay Details:

$24.00 to $27.00 per hour
