The Role The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is pivotal in implementing proactive talent strategies to align with our organizational objectives focused predominantly on our medical staff, including nurse practitioners, nurses, dietitians, pharmacists, social workers, patient health advocates, and physicians. This role emphasizes leveraging data to enhance workforce outcomes while fostering accountability, engagement, and measurable success among our teams. This position requires an onsite presence at our office in McLean, VA. Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Planning:
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent strategy in collaboration with leaders, optimizing workforce planning and performance management. Metrics-Driven Insights:
Provide data analysis to leadership, developing actionable recommendations for improving workforce performance and organizational goals. Employee Relations & Compliance:
Ensure respectful and compliant resolutions of employee matters, maintaining accurate documentation. Performance Management:
Guide managers through performance management processes to drive measurable outcomes and career development. Organizational Development:
Identify barriers to team effectiveness and propose solutions to foster a culture of collaboration and high performance. HR Process Management:
Partner with People Operations, enhancing core HR processes with effective metrics. Change Management:
Support leaders in implementing change initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition:
Ensure clarity in job roles to meet strategic needs and maintain consistency across teams. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification preferred. 7-10 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, supporting clinical teams. Proven success in implementing talent strategies with measurable results. Strong analytical skills for translating data into actionable insights. Comprehensive knowledge of employment laws, particularly in healthcare compliance. Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills to foster a culture of trust. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, emphasizing strategic HR partnerships. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Expertise in healthcare talent strategies with an emphasis on metrics, compliance, and engagement. Proven ability to build relationships and drive a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Strong analytical skills to support strategic decisions and enhance workforce performance.
