Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech

Job Details:

• Work four 10-hour shifts per week

• Required to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees

• Minimum 1+ years of experience acceptable

• Support in prep/recovery area as needed (floating requirements)

• On call schedule not required for EP, but may pick up shifts in CCL if desired

• No weekends required for regular scheduling

• Scrub for ablations and device implants

• Monitor and pace ablation cases

• Perform procedures including ablations (RF and Cryo), device implants, Watchman and Micra

• Work with GE Innova, Medtronic Cryoconsole, and Carto Mapping equipment

• Use MacLab/Meditech documentation system and Meditech EMR

• Required certifications: RCIS or RCES or RT(R) (or eligible to sit for the RCIS)

• Dress code requirement: Ceil blue scrubs supplied by facility

This 370-bed healthcare facility is a Level II trauma center located in Northeast Florida, featuring 170 private rooms and specialized services including cardiovascular care and a Level II NICU. The facility features newer procedure rooms and equipment with an engaged physician champion, and is building out a dedicated team separate from CCL staff.
