Overview

Very successful and highly productive real estate company is seeking a Real Estate Office Operations Manager or Transaction Coordinator to provide administrative and marketing support to our agents, management and ownership. This position allows the candidate to be an integral part of our growth and success.

Responsibilities

Prepare purchase and sale agreements. Assist agents with their listings and sales. Manage social media posts and order Just Listed & Just Sold cards. Answer phones and prepare commission bills.

Qualifications

Real estate sales or real estate office experience. Understanding and love of the residential real estate business. Creative with social media and full time 9 am to 5 pm Monday‑Friday. Positive attitude, great customer service skills and ability to jump from task to task. Good with computers and technology including MS Word, Excel, MLSPIN Pinergy, Dotloop, Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok.
