Starting Rate: $22.00/hr We are searching for an experienced Full-Time Service Manager - 511 Lincoln Heights at 511 - Lincoln Heights Extra, 2511 Daly Street, Los Angeles, California, 90031, United States. Position: Full-Time Service Manager. Reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for maintaining service standards in the store. Responsibilities
Offers friendly and courteous assistance to customers by providing store and product information (FAN Customer Service). Communicates bulletin information to associates to ensure updates/changes are conveyed. Monitors the front end to ensure service standards and procedures are followed. Operates a cash register, reviews price changes, promotional plans, bulletins, and communicates updates/changes to associates. Maintains assigned store sections. Orders, receives and stocks merchandise using proper equipment. Reviews invoices/load bills for accuracy. Stocks shelves, end stacks, displays and deli/freezer cases. Sets up promotional displays. Performs basic bookkeeping duties. Records lost/damaged goods and store supplies using appropriate forms and data entry. Performs checkout at the end of each business day. Qualifications
Required Qualifications One to three (1-3) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Retail Management Certificate is desirable.
