Real Estate Team
Our real estate team is seeking a transaction coordinator who can effectively assist our valued home buyers and sellers from contract to close. This position is part‑time but has the flexibility to be full‑time, depending on the candidate. Remote work is OK outside of one weekly team meeting in Kent. We are a small team built on repeat and referral business. You’ll work to make sure home inspections are arranged, assist with escrow documentation, schedule inspection appointments and repairs, and assure offers and counteroffers are approved. Responsibilities
Support sales agents, clients, and other parties with escrow‑related paperwork, such as appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
Review all documentation and confirm each has the proper signatures and dates to complete the home sale process quickly and smoothly.
Ensure inspections are scheduled and assist with negotiating and completing any necessary repairs.
Manage transaction contracts from both home buyers and sellers to close the deal in a timely manner.
Schedule moving times and attend all closing‑related meetings.
Qualifications
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job.
Driven by a desire to provide excellent customer service and a great customer experience.
Already a licensed realtor or is pursuing a real estate license.
Experience in the real estate industry, transaction management or coordination, titles, and/or mortgages preferred.
Applicants must possess exceptional organizational and verbal and written skills.
Compensation: $25,000-$60,000 per year.
