Verify eligibility with insurance companies; Communicate with patients and insurance companies regarding co-pays, deductibles, denials, and Cost of Benefit (COB) issues; Resolve accounts timely and effectively. Provides excellent customer service. Experience Required
1 year healthcare billing experience. Education Requirements
High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Special Requirements
Medical billing/coding knowledge. Comfortable with MS Office Suite (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to successfully interact with insurance carriers, patients, and administration.
