Job Summary
The Manager Revenue Cycle Optimization and Charge Integrity leads strategic initiatives to optimize operations amongst all revenue cycle areas (Coding, Charge Capture, CDI, Medical Records (HIM), Professional and Facility Billing), ensure compliance, and enhance operational efficiency across the healthcare system. This role oversees the Charge Description Master (CDM), charge capture workflows, and performance improvement projects, collaborating with clinical, financial, and IT teams to drive sustainable results. Qualifications Education Bachelors Degree required in business or clinical related field; or equivalent work experience. Experience Minimum five (5) years related work experience required with three (3) years managerial experience preferred. Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Must have a broad based knowledge of hospital and medical group operations. Must maintain expert knowledge of the managed care industry and its application in a hospital setting. Must have knowledge of hospital and medical group contract management and financial information systems. Work Shift
