Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Windows Engineer / Packager to support enterprise-level system engineering and automation initiatives. The candidate will be responsible for automating deployments, scripting, packaging software, and managing Windows 10/11 environments in a distributed infrastructure. The ideal professional will possess strong SCCM/MECM expertise and advanced PowerShell scripting capabilities. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test automated scripts and processes for software deployment and data gathering. Perform remote deployments and integration of Windows 10/11 systems across distributed environments. Maintain system infrastructure with regular updates, patching, and security compliance. Research, design, and recommend scalable technical solutions to meet organizational requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshoot complex Windows system issues. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all configurations, scripts, and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth software rollout and system stability. Required Skills & Experience

8-12 years of relevant IT systems engineering experience. Strong expertise in Windows 10/11 Operating Systems. Proven experience in automation, scripting, and packaging for administration and deployment tasks. PowerShell 5 and batch scripting proficiency is required. Hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM (Configuration Manager). Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies, and networking protocols. Effective written and oral communication skills. Ability to create clear technical documentation and process workflows. Working knowledge of Tanium is desirable. Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in a related field. If the degree is not in the relevant field, four (4) additional years of related experience are required. Preferred Skills

Experience with endpoint management and security tools (e.g., Tanium). Background in large-scale enterprise deployments. Experience working with federal or government clients.
