Senior Project Manager - Large-Scale Structural Steel Fabrication & Erection
We’re seeking an experienced and driven
Senior Project Manager
to lead major structural steel projects and manage our team of traveling Stell PMs. This is an opportunity to join a growing steel fabricator & erector responsible for some of the most iconic structures on the Mid-Antlantic coast. As a Sr. PM, you’ll oversee high-profile projects while providing leadership, direction, and mentorship to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What You’ll Do: Take ownership of complex structural steel & misc. metals projects from kickoff to closeout.
Lead and mentor our team of traveling PMs, ensuring collaboration and accountability.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables with precision.
Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.
Anticipate challenges and drive solutions before they impact progress.
Oversee meetings, reporting, and change orders.
Maintain a focus on safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
What You Bring:
Proven track record managing
large-scale structural steel & misc. metals projects .
8+ years of project management experience in fabrication and erection.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with BlueBeam, Tekla Power Fab Suite, or Tekla Models preferred.
Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
$130,000 - $160,000 (DOE).
