Detailed Job Description: • Design, develop, and implement ETL processes using Talend Studio. • Build and maintain data pipelines to integrate data from multiple sources into SQL Server. • Optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance. • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across systems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions. • Monitor and troubleshoot ETL jobs and resolve data-related issues. • Implement best practices for data security, governance, and compliance. • Document technical processes and maintain version control for ETL jobs.
Required skills and qualifications: • Proficiency in Talend Studio (Data Integration, Big Data, or Real-Time). • Strong experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning). • Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data warehousing, and data modeling. • Experience with data migration, transformation, and integration projects. • Familiarity with job scheduling tools and version control systems (e.g., Git). • Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
