Job Summary:
We are seeking an AI QA Engineer to lead quality assurance for our AI Assistant integrated into the Meraki dashboard. This role involves working with AI tools, ensuring the performance and reliability of the assistant and backend services, and maintaining high standards for data accuracy and security. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to improve our AI-driven features, focusing on thorough testing and creating a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a detailed QA strategy covering all aspects of testing for the AI Assistant and its features. Ensure the accuracy of network health reports and inventory features through rigorous testing against real and simulated datasets. Construct and manage automation frameworks for UI, API, and data testing, using object-oriented programming languages. Generate test data and synthetic telemetry to mirror extensive network environments for effective big-data testing. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address defects, coordinate fixes, and set standards for service levels.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in automation frameworks and object-oriented programming languages (Java/C#/Python/TypeScript). Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in testing. Ability to create effective test plans and generate synthetic data for testing purposes.
Industry Experience:
Experience with network health and inventory management systems is preferred
