As an Advanced Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing complex projects within our organization. You will utilize your expertise in project management to ensure successful project delivery while demonstrating leadership, strategic thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES Project Leadership
Lead and oversee multiple complex projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timeline, and budget.
Provide guidance and direction to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve project objectives.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage stakeholder expectations, address concerns, and elevate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
Risk Management
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing potential challenges to minimize impact on project outcomes.
Develop contingency plans and alternative strategies to ensure project success in dynamic environments.
Resource Management
Allocate resources effectively, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to optimize project performance and achieve desired results.
Monitor resource utilization and adjust allocations as necessary to maintain project efficiency.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure project performance against established goals and benchmarks.
Generate regular progress reports, status updates, and presentations for stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and best practices implementation within the project management framework.
Lead or participate in post‑project reviews and lessons learned sessions to capture insights and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve project objectives.
Ability to travel 25%
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and information to diverse audiences.
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on driving innovative solutions and overcoming obstacles.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Adaptability and resilience to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty, making sound decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies, with a demonstrated track record of successful project delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent military or practical experience.
6–8 years of experience in project management roles, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Experience in industries such as construction, technology, healthcare, or finance is advantageous.
Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Asana.
Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.
