Strategic Partnerships Lead API Channel Ecosystems
Bundoran Group, New York, New York, us, 10261
We are representing a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS platform that is quietly redefining business operations for founders and startups. With tens of thousands of paying users globally, this company is preparing to launch a new ERP product suite that brings real-time visibility to finance, operations, and compliance — and they’re building the partnership engine to scale it.
This is a rare opportunity to step into a
true ownership role
— one that blends product-driven strategy, go-to-market execution, and embedded integrations — at a stage where your work will directly shape the company's trajectory. About the Role This isn't a standard partner manager role. You’ll be leading both sides of the partnership ecosystem: Transactional channel growth
through an established affiliate program
Strategic API integrations
with emerging and high-signal platform partners
You’ll work directly with the C-suite and product leaders to define the partner strategy from the ground up — building the playbook for a product suite that’s never been sold through partners before. What You’ll Do Own and grow both the affiliate and embedded partner ecosystems
Lead high-impact API integration partnerships from sourcing to execution
Drive pipeline and partner-sourced revenue for a brand-new ERP platform
Build a scalable program using tools like PartnerStack, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to bring integrations to life
Create the playbook: define KPIs, partner tiers, GTM motions, and success metrics
What We’re Looking For 4–6+ years in partnerships, BD, or strategic GTM roles at a SaaS or fintech company
Experience building partner programs or embedded integrations from scratch
A strong product mindset: you've worked closely with product or engineering teams
Comfort navigating both affiliate channels and complex product/API partnerships
NYC-based or willing to relocate (hybrid: 3 days/week in SoHo office)
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary $155,000–$200,000 depending on experience Bonus / Commission Uncapped earnings potential
Total compensation target:
$240,000–$275,000+
Year 1: ~10% performance-based bonus during initial playbook-building phase
Year 2+: Transition to structured
50/50 or 60/40 base/commission split
with clear partner revenue targets
Focused on
leverage, not high-volume sales
Equity Meaningful equity package
~$8M raised in strategic, unpriced rounds
Minimal dilution, early cap table position, long-term upside
Benefits Full medical, dental, and vision coverage
Visa sponsorship and transfer support (for qualified candidates)
PTO and company holidays
Paid parental leave
Annual learning/development budget
High-autonomy, low-red-tape culture with 3x/week in-person collaboration (SoHo)
Why This Role This company has built a scalable platform used by 30,000+ startups, with six live products and a new ERP suite entering the market. As the first dedicated partnership hire, you’ll help define a critical revenue engine — with real traction behind you, support from the C-suite, and a greenfield opportunity to own. Apply Now We are exclusively representing this opportunity on behalf of the founding team. If you’ve built high-leverage partner programs — especially those involving product integrations or API ecosystems — we’d love to connect.
