Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations Consultant , you’ll design and optimize logging and monitoring solutions that empower security teams with actionable insights and faster response times, ensuring resilience against emerging threats.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and improvement of cybersecurity monitoring and logging systems.
Utilize tools such as Splunk, Elastic Stack, Cribl, and NDR platforms to build scalable observability frameworks.
Provide actionable insights that accelerate incident response and improve security visibility.
Collaborate cross-functionally to align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.
Drive innovation and influence the strategic cybersecurity direction of the organization.
Required Qualifications
15 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, focusing on logging, monitoring, and infrastructure.
Strong expertise with Splunk, Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), and Cribl.
Skilled in Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipeline integration for scalable deployments.
Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and tool integration.
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced knowledge of Splunk, Elastic Search, Microsoft Sentinel, Palo Alto Strata, and Cribl.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
