About the Role

ILM Professional Services is looking for a driven, high-energy sales hunter to uncover new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships. The role is focused on generating revenue by breaking into new accounts and growing current ones through strategic outreach, relationship-building, and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect with Precision: Identify and maintain a targeted list of accounts; conduct daily outreach via cold email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking

Generate Qualified Meetings: Secure qualified meetings with key decision-makers (CTOs, VPs, Directors, etc.)

Lead Discovery: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client pain points and map to ILM’s custom software solutions

Own the Pipeline: Maintain an accurate, healthy pipeline in Pipedrive (CRM); report on activity conversion, and deal stages weekly

Close the Loop: Present proposals, coordinate technical resources when needed, and close deals independently or with leadership support

Collaborate with Strategically: Work closely with ILM’s leadership and technical teams on strategic opportunities

Participate in industry/customer events and travel up to 25%

What You Bring

5+ years of successful consultative sales experience, ideally in tech or software services

Bachelor’s Degree or Military Service

Proven success in hunting and closing new business with mid-sized to enterprise clients

Strong communication and relationship-building skills at all organizational levels

Self-starter attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced, result-driven environments

Experience using tools such as Pipedrive (CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation platforms
