Maintenance Technician
Perform preventive and reactive maintenance duties required for the manufacturing operations of the plant. Prioritize the execution of preventive maintenance schedules, repair equipment to maintain maximum production rates, and maintain an adequate spare parts inventory. Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure efficient plant operations. Repair and maintain equipment to achieve maximum production rates. Manage and maintain an adequate spare parts inventory. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electrical systems and controls. Perform industrial maintenance, including electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Five or more years of experience in industrial maintenance and electrical systems and controls. Knowledge of 3 Phase Industrial wiring and power distribution. Experience with AC & DC Drive/Motor preventive maintenance, wiring, programming, and troubleshooting. Two or more years of PLC troubleshooting experience. Proficient in using electrical test equipment such as voltmeter, ammeter, ohm meter, and Megger. Experience with motion training with servo drives and motors. Proficiency in electrical formulas and mechanical math. Knowledge of NEC, UL508A, and NFPA 79 codes. Certifications or courses in electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic maintenance. The non-climate-controlled environment can be dirty at times and is loud with large machinery typical of a traditional manufacturing setting. This is a permanent position based out of Mendota, Illinois. The pay range for this position is $68,640.00 - $91,520.00/yr.
