Reporting The Aviation Supply Chain Coordinator reports to the Director of Maintenance. Core Competencies Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Positive Attitude Effective Communication Teamwork Organization Professionalism Flexibility Confidentiality Attention to Detail Key Responsibilities Issue parts, ensure requisitions are accurate, and data entry is complete. Forward requisitions to Purchasing for parts not in stock. Data entry of issues and stock updates. Handle documents and paperwork efficiently for shipments and repairs. Assist with tool crib duties and inventory management. Maintain stock accuracy, check shelf life, and remove expired items. Assist with filing, system updates, and general store upkeep. Receive and verify deliveries, and assist with inventory functions. Participate in audits and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective communication skills and friendly demeanor. Experience At least 1 year in a production or stores environment. Experience in aviation is an asset. The physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, kneeling, crawling, climbing ladders, standing for long periods, and working at heights with fall restraint equipment.
