Our clients Minneapolis showroom is seeking a talented
Senior Sales and Design Consultant
to join a collaborative, design-driven team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with discerning clients, interior designers, and architects to bring extraordinary spaces to life.
About You You are a polished sales professional and design enthusiast who thrives in a luxury retail environment. With a deep appreciation for craftsmanship and aesthetics, you naturally connect with high-end clientele, understand their vision, and bring their dream spaces to life through thoughtful design and exceptional service. You’re motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate about both artistry and results.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a personalized, elevated client experience from initial consultation through project completion.
Develop custom design concepts tailored to each client’s aesthetic, space, and lifestyle.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, designers, and trade partners through exceptional service and follow‑up.
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals while upholding the brand’s luxury standards.
Oversee all aspects of design presentations, quotations, and order management to ensure accuracy and client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with showroom and operations teams to maintain visual excellence and seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of spatial design, color harmony, and materials.
Proven track record of consultative selling to affluent clients.
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills.
Proficiency with design tools or CRM systems (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) preferred.
Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission potential.
