Clinician - Outpatient Mental Health - Fee-for-Service, Part-time, Providence, RI

Key's Clinical Team is Growing!

Unlocking Hope Outpatient Counseling Services, a division of The Key Program, Inc., is seeking part-time master-level and licensed clinicians (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) to join our team on a fee-for-service basis (under 20 hours). Unlocking Hope, located in Providence, RI, serves children and young adults ages 4-19 and their families by providing personalized and compassionate treatment tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual by nurturing growth, resilience, and hope.

Compensation : This is a fee-for-service position; $42 - $47 an hour

Excellent supervision, supportive professional collaboration, and workplace culture.

Responsibilities: Services include individual and family sessions provided by clinicians informed through experience and evidence-based interventions.

Treatment services support those struggling with Depression, Anxiety, Trauma & PTSD, Grief and Loss, Family Conflict, Life Transitions, Academic Difficulties, and Adoption/Foster Care.

Requirements :

Active clinical license (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, PsyD, or equivalent) in the state of RI. Experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families who have experienced trauma. Experience in outpatient mental health is preferred. Strong commitment to client-centered care, trauma-informed treatment, and professional collaboration. Flexible scheduling to accommodate client work/school schedules, which may include working after school and evening hours. Familiarity with electronic health records and the use of video conferencing to provide telehealth services.
