Job Overview Branch is hiring a Senior Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Austin! Sales Development Representatives will be part of a supportive, collaborative team with on‑site leadership and career growth opportunities.

You will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As an SDR, you will partner with our Account Executives and Marketing team in generating new business by researching, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities, and laying the foundation for a strong business relationship. You will be a key driver of growth for the company and on the front lines for evangelizing our product to prospective and existing users.

Responsibilities

Generate high‑value, well‑qualified sales meetings from marketing leads and cold outreach.

Strategize with Account Executives to prospect into strategic target accounts and uncover prospect fit.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Demand Generation, Partner Teams, and Sales Teams to drive continuous improvement in lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.

Manage, nurture, and grow a pipeline of interested and qualified prospects across your respective territory.

Meet and exceed quarterly pipeline quota.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor's degree preferred.

A strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building connections.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong proficiency in English, written and spoken, especially business communication.

Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities.

Some proficiency working with Sales Tools such as Gong, Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and results‑driven.

Highly motivated, driven, and self‑starting individual.

1–2 years proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service.

Prior experience supporting and prospecting companies, cold calling, and sending outbound messages to customers.

Location & Schedule This role will be based at our Austin, TX office and follows our Hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office).

Compensation The estimated pay range for this role in Austin, TX is $85,000 – $100,000 base plus commission, on target earnings. Compensation earned is based on skills, experience, and geographic location and may exceed or fall short of this range.
