About the Role Snelling Staffing is recruiting an experienced
Electrical Preconstruction Manager
on behalf of our client in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX. This individual will lead preconstruction efforts, foster strong client relationships, and deliver accurate cost estimates for large-scale commercial and healthcare projects. Key Responsibilities
Support the Business Development Team with proposals, interviews, and presentations
Prepare cost estimates during design development and preconstruction phases
Build and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Architects, and Engineering Firms
Participate in value engineering, scheduling, and constructability reviews
Identify new project opportunities and assist with business development initiatives
Monitor cost trends, evaluate subcontractor proposals, and provide input on staffing and scheduling
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
6+ years of experience in electrical estimating with an electrical contractor
Proven success in estimating large commercial and healthcare projects ($5M-$10M+ budgets)
Experience with
Accubid
and/or
Conest
required; knowledge of
AutoCAD/Revit
preferred
