You will be the Classified Cyber Security /ISSO for the Lockheed Martin team. Our team is responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our information systems. As the Classified Cyber Security /ISSO, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day information system security operations, including auditing and compliance with internal LM and customer security requirements. You will also be responsible for technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF). Your responsibilities will include: Overseeing day-to-day information system security operations, including auditing and compliance with internal LM and customer security requirements. Carrying out technical administration of IS in accordance with internal LM and customer security requirements, primarily Risk Management Framework (RMF). Upkeeping, monitoring, analyzing, and responding to network and security events. Documenting compliance actions with the ISSM to address non-compliance in the allotted time frame. Ensuring systems are operated, maintained, and disposed of in accordance with internal security policies and practices. MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must possess an active Secret clearance to start. Basic Qualifications: Obtain an interim Secret clearance prior to start with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. Sec+ or equivalent DoD Directive 8570 / 8140 Information Assurance Management Level II or III certification. IS auditing experience. Knowledgeable of operating system (Windows and/or Linux) security requirements. Hands on experience with industry standard Information Assurance tools. Possess the ability to work with multiple customers, and must be able to build and maintain effective team and customer relationships. Possess strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, organizational, troubleshooting and analytical skills. Desired Skills: Experience with NISPOM, RMF, DAAPM and JSIG certification and accreditation processes. Active Secret clearance. Experience working with classified information systems. Previous experience working in an SAP / SCI/ Collateral environment. Must be a team player, self-motivated, and a quick learner. Prior experience as ISSO, or DoD equivalent at an organization of similar size and complexity. Understanding of network concepts and Type 1 encryption devices, such as TACLANE. Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include, Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG) and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP), and vulnerability scanners. Knowledge of government / contractor network interconnectivity arrangements. Ability to speak in front of large groups of people. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 2 years of professional experience; or no experience required with a related master's degree. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret.
