Are you passionate about electronics, quality, and innovation? Delta Group Electronics is looking for a Quality Assurance Test Technician to join our team in Albuquerque, New Mexico. In this role, you'll perform advanced testing, diagnostics, and troubleshooting to ensure our electronic assemblies meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
What You'll Do Design and configure test fixtures; develop and document test procedures. Perform functional tests, inspections, and diagnostics on assemblies and subassemblies. Collaborate with customers and internal teams to define and meet testing requirements. Train and support Test Operators and Technicians on procedures and best practices. Troubleshoot test setups and customer-provided fixtures. Operate test software and standard electronic test equipment (e.g., signal generators, spectrum analyzers). Analyze test results and recommend corrective actions. Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and quality standards. What You Bring
High school diploma or GED required, Associate's degree or higher preferred. 1-2 years of experience in electronics testing or a related field. IPC-A610 and/or IPC-A620 certification preferred. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Ability to read schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documents. Basic computer proficiency. Benefits Include:
