A well-established company in El Paso is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their team. Responsibilities include: Perform general maintenance on drive-thru and related equipment (audio/video systems, drive-in units, etc.) Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, pipes, and valves; clear obstructions as needed Complete minor carpentry work (cabinet installation, door locks/closures, etc.) Diagnose and repair basic electrical issues (motors, circuit wires, fixtures, lamps, ballasts) Conduct HVAC maintenance and basic repairs Move and lift furniture and equipment between buildings Perform preventive maintenance (changing filters, cleaning coils) Follow safety regulations while operating company vehicle Other duties as assigned Requirements: 35 years of experience in commercial building maintenance Skilled in basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry Ability to use hand and power tools High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license required Flexible schedule; ability to work outdoors and at heights Overtime and weekend availability as needed Schedule: MondayFriday: 7:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. Saturday (rotating): 8:00 a.m. 12:00 p.m. Rotating schedule for after-hours emergencies Pay: $17.40 $21.75 per hour ELPSO70
