Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) . You will analyze manufacturing capacity, utilization, yield, line efficiency and cost per case in keeping with forward demand. You will have the opportunity to work on-site at some of our manufacturing plants as well as in our Headquarters office to finalize productivity projects for 2026. You will become familiar with KDP’s productivity program (to drive operating income improvement) from optimizing the US refreshment beverage manufacturing operations. You will also provide support for site-level and team analytics for developing productivity project pipeline for 2026.
Position Details
Location: Frisco, TX or Burlington, MA (in-person role)
Program: KDP 2026 Fall Co-op Program
Duration: July 18 – December 11, 2026
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Responsibilities
Problem definition and RCCM (Root Cause and Counter Measure) creation (with on-site visits as needed)
Manufacturing execution and financial analysis
Problem articulation and presentation
Productivity analysis and meetings to align stakeholders
Elements of the KDP Co-Op Program
Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a cross-functional team environment
Meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders
Professional development training in networking, professional skills, and presenting
Mentor pairing to enhance knowledge of other parts of the business
Complete a project from start to finish and present it to the team, department VP, and other KDP stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits
$31.00/hour
Paid bi-weekly
$5,000 Sign-on Bonus (paid within first 30 days of employment)
Requirements
Undergraduate student enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university, majoring in Supply Chain or a related field
Available to work 40 hours per week (M–F, 8:00 am–5:00 pm)
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal)
Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter
Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Tableau, Power BI, and SAP experience is preferred
