Business Development Manager, Labeling
who can help drive exponential growth over the next several years. You will contribute by specifying and implementing effective sales and business development initiatives aligned with the global strategy. You will lead sales efforts in targeted verticals by identifying and growing with key end-users, distributors, and/or buying groups, and by aligning existing channel and independent manufacturing reps to our activities. You will also create/identify targeted end-user call campaigns for our inside sales team. In this role, you will report directly to the VP/GM Safety Identification, setting the stage for your career to soar. This role offers opportunities for advancement, with potential to grow within the organization in 3–5 years as you contribute to our goals. About the Team

Sales
team, you’ll work with leading distributors and brands in the industry to drive sales and build strong relationships. Our team focuses on customer satisfaction and excellence, reflected in our Net Promoter Score (NPS). You’ll collaborate with professionals who are committed to delivering the best outcomes for partners and customers. What You’ll Do at Justrite
Develop and execute sales strategies for end-users in the targeted vertical industry to achieve company targets and revenue goals. Drive brand preference and/or end-user specification at large end-users in targeted verticals (companies, general contractors, sub-contractors, etc.) Establish and execute account plans at targeted end-user accounts Create, plan, and implement a strategy aligned with global sales strategy for short-, medium-, and long-term success Partner with product management on end-user targets and the value proposition for offerings in target verticals Create and help execute cold calling/call campaigns for target end-users to generate new demand Partner with inside sales to penetrate new accounts and expand within existing accounts Be the subject matter expert for the target vertical, including industry trends and megatrends driving growth Conduct training with manufacturing sales reps to guide them to targeted end-users/sub-segments, identify go-to products, and uncover opportunities Identify and partner with specialized or regional channel partners to reach new market areas Your Skills and Expertise
To ensure success from day one, the following qualifications are required: Ability to travel 40%–60% of the time Proven experience (3+ years) in selling to end-users with strong negotiation and closing skills Experience in the chemical/chemical labeling industry is preferred Established selling relationships in large companies within the targeted industry are preferred Exceptional leadership skills and ability to influence others outside of your reporting hierarchy Additional qualifications that could help you succeed include: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail Prior sales experience with companies that create and transfer hazardous chemicals Experience with OSHA or DOT safety standards Experience with chemical transportation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools (Salesforce.com preferred) Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and meet targets Self-motivated with initiative Ability to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment Compensation
The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $150,000. Actual base salaries will vary based on location, experience, and performance. This role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance total compensation when Justrite Safety Group and its business units achieve targets. Benefits
