About the Role Riskified is growing our Business Development team — and this isn’t your typical BD role. Here, you’ll go beyond volume‑based outreach to drive truly strategic and consultative engagement with some of the world’s largest enterprises and Fortune 500 companies. We’re looking for a highly self‑motivated, sales‑oriented, competitive, and adaptable Business Development Representative to join the team. Ideal candidates have a proven track record in high‑volume prospecting, scaled outreach, and leveraging AI tools for process efficiencies when targeting multiple accounts. Responsibilities
Prospect and research target companies to identify unique needs and business challenges
Develop creative, tailored outreach strategies to engage key decision makers
Execute sales discovery calls with prospects highlighting the value of Riskified’s platform
Build relationships through networking opportunities, including conferences, trade shows, and industry events
Partner cross‑functionally to drive ideas and projects designed to drive qualified opportunities and revenue growth
Qualifications
Able to quickly understand Riskified and our place within the payments, eCommerce, and fraud technology space
Collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization – we work in a very open and collaborative environment
Demonstrates high self‑motivation, a results‑driven approach, and adaptability in a dynamic environment
Proven ability to thrive and manage priorities in a fast‑paced sales environment
Attention to detail with strong verbal and written communication skills
Compensation & Benefits This is an incentive‑based role and a significant portion of compensation is based on performance against objectives. Base salary range is $65,000–$70,000 (NYC). All full‑time employees receive a bonus target and are eligible for stock‑based awards. Additional perks include hybrid remote/in‑office schedule, fully‑covered medical, dental, and vision insurance, equity, 401(k) with matching, commuter benefits, catered lunch, wellness activities, and professional development resources.
