Beloform is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Customer Account Representative
to join our growing team in Atlanta. This role plays a vital part in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring smooth account operations, and delivering outstanding service to meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoys working collaboratively to achieve results. Responsibilities Manage and maintain client accounts with professionalism and accuracy. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and follow-ups. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to promote satisfaction and retention. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective delivery of services. Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Prepare account reports, documentation, and status updates as required. Handle billing and administrative processes efficiently and with attention to detail.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. 13 years of experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and discretion.
