A behavioral health services company is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Specialist to support the management of workers' compensation claims and integrated disability management (IDM). This is a high-volume, team-oriented role requiring strong attention to detail, initiative, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities :

Provide back-office support initially, with the opportunity to expand into full claims scope. Support the administration of ~250 open workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with CA, WA, and OR requirements. Collaborate with TPAs (GB, Matrix, Hartford) and internal stakeholders to oversee claims activity and resolution. Assist with integrated disability management, including leaves and accommodation processes. Ensure claim volumes remain within established thresholds (target: within 5% of employee population). Partner with team members to streamline processes and support organizational goals. Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years of workers' compensation claims administration experience. Expertise in CA, WA, and OR claims management. Knowledge of IDM, leaves, and accommodations. Healthcare industry experience preferred, but not required. Self-starter, quick learner, and team player with strong initiative and attention to detail.
