Charles River CFO
Charles River CFO, Inc. (CRCFO) is seeking an experienced Controller for our client in Minnesota. This part-time, REMOTE, position is 10-20 hours per week and requires banking experience and experience working in the Fiserv Premier core banking system.
We are looking for a seasoned financial professional with 10+ years of experience as a Controller, who can provide strategic leadership and hands-on financial oversight to our client.
Key Responsibilities:
In this Controller role, assume the day-to-day financial leadership of the bank's finance and accounting functions overseeing: payroll, transactions, expense and invoice management, cash flow, reconciliations, customer accounts, budgeting, forecasting and internal controls Provide leadership and direction to the bank's finance and accounting support staff Prepare month end financials and deliver to senior management Manage month end close, quarterly call report submission and related compliance and regulatory reporting Perform other duties as required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required) Experience working in the Fiserv Premier core banking system. Experience with "Thought Machine" core banking software and "NetSuite" a plus Start date is December 1, 2025
