Position Summary
The
Marketing Manager
is responsible for leading and executing marketing initiatives across digital platforms, with a particular focus on
mobile app development, app maintenance, and user engagement .
This role ensures compliance with all applicable privacy and accessibility regulations (CCPA, CRPA, ADA) across the company's website, mobile applications, and social media channels.
The ideal candidate combines
strategic creativity, technical understanding, and regulatory awareness , ensuring all marketing efforts are impactful, compliant, and aligned with the company's brand vision.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Mobile Marketing
Lead marketing strategy and execution for the company's mobile applications, including feature development, user acquisition, and retention campaigns. Manage ongoing maintenance of mobile apps to ensure functionality, usability, and performance. Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across web, app, and social media platforms. Update and manage content for websites and mobile applications in coordination with business and creative teams. Ensure compliance with CCPA, CRPA, and ADA across all digital properties, working closely with Legal and IT. Partner with cross-functional teams to produce engaging and accessible digital content. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics, providing actionable insights for optimization. Manage marketing budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Research and adopt emerging marketing technologies, privacy tools, and accessibility standards. Leadership & Project Management
Lead and mentor the Marketing & Design team. Oversee multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality control. Create detailed project plans, manage resources, and track progress against objectives. Identify risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies. Communicate project updates to senior management and stakeholders. Evaluate tools, vendors, and platforms to enhance marketing operations. Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and 5 years in management roles. Skills & Knowledge
Strong understanding of
mobile app development cycles
and app store marketing. Proven success in developing and executing
digital marketing campaigns . Familiarity with privacy laws (CCPA, CRPA) and accessibility standards (ADA). Basic technical knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Hands-on experience with
Google Tag Manager (GTM) ,
GA4 , and server-side tracking. (Preferred) Experience with
Consent Management Platforms (CMP)
and
Google Consent Mode
configuration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven approach to marketing. Excellent leadership, organization, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; professional demeanor. Experience in evaluating vendors, tools, and managing budgets. Content Advisory
As part of an entertainment company, this role may involve exposure to media materials such as
anime, games, manga, and comics , which may include
mature or sensitive content
(e.g., strong language, nudity, or depictions of violence).
