HRIS Specialist (Hybrid - Northridge, CA) Pay:

$34-$35 per hour

We're seeking an experienced

HRIS Specialist

for our client in

Northridge, CA ! This is a

hybrid position , offering a great balance of in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.

Position : HRIS Specialist (Workday)

Location:

Northridge

Schedule:

Monday-Friday (hybrid)

Pay:

$35-$35 hr.

Responsibilities: Serve as a key HRIS resource supporting multiple

Workday modules , including

Payroll, Benefits (Total Rewards), Administration, and Recruiting .

Maintain and update employee data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Partner with HR and other departments to streamline processes and optimize system functionality.

Generate reports and provide data insights to support HR initiatives and business goals.

Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors or internal IT as needed.

Qualifications:

Minimum of

2-3 years' experience

working with

Workday HRIS

systems.

Strong knowledge of

Payroll, Benefits, and Recruiting

modules within Workday.

Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to handle sensitive data confidentially.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details:

$34.00 to $35.00 per hour
