About the Role
The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy. This role is pivotal in defining the company's marketing vision, shaping its category narrative, and driving brand equity and growth. The SVP will be responsible for strategic leadership, functional leadership across various marketing disciplines, and operational excellence. They must be adept at influencing executive decision-making, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring the company's marketing efforts are aligned with its corporate strategy and growth objectives. Applicants for the SVP of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 20 years' experience in progressive B2B marketing leadership roles, with a strong background in managing large budgets and achieving measurable growth. The role requires a candidate with exceptional executive presence, communication, and influencing skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative vision and analytical rigor, with the ability to translate ideas into actionable strategies. Key responsibilities include leading a team that spans product and segment marketing, corporate communications, creative services, marketing operations, demand generation, and events. The SVP will also be tasked with architecting a next-generation partner marketing strategy and developing marketing programs tailored to various customer segments, including CIOs, enterprise buyers, and government entities.
