About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Employee Rewards to spearhead the design and implementation of a comprehensive compensation, benefits, and recognition strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic leader with a builder's mindset to develop programs that align with our company's mission and foster growth. You will evolve our global total rewards philosophy to ensure alignment with our goals, culture, and financial strategy.
As a trusted advisor to the executive team, you will navigate matters of pay equity, competitiveness, and governance, overseeing the design and communication of our annual compensation cycle. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in total rewards, specifically in broad-based and executive compensation, including equity programs.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing executive compensation and long-term incentive plans
Designing and optimizing benefits offerings to enhance employee well-being and retention
Driving data-informed decisions around global mobility, pay equity, and compliance
Leading a small yet effective team and partnering with various stakeholders
