We're Hiring: HR Professional | General Contractor
Are you an experienced
HR professional
looking to join a dynamic and supportive team? We’re a
well-established General Contractor
with a strong reputation in commercial construction, and we’re seeking an HR expert to help support and grow our people-first culture. 1 day per week remote
Flex Fridays - Half-day every Friday!
What You’ll Do:
Manage and support full-cycle HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compliance, etc.)
Serve as a trusted partner to leadership and staff across various departments
Help build and maintain a positive company culture
Support employee engagement, retention, and development programs
Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal regulations
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of HR experience (construction industry)
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
