Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. A dynamic K-12 school in Hyannis, MA is seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support students with communication needs throughout the full school year. This contract opportunity offers multiple openings with varying schedules to accommodate different preferences, ensuring a collaborative environment focused on student growth and success. Open Positions: Two full-time SLP roles for the full school year One part-time SLP role (three days per week) for the full school year One full-time SLP role starting ASAP through October 24 Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) SLP Certification and experience in school-based speech-language pathology services Strong knowledge of assessment and intervention strategies for diverse communicative disorders in children Effective collaboration skills with educators, families, and other professionals Commitment to fostering inclusive learning environments and individualized student support plans Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations in compliance with state and federal guidelines Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs Provide direct speech-language therapy services across a spectrum of communicative disorders Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress Maintain accurate documentation and data tracking to monitor outcomes Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights to educational planning This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students communication skills in a supportive school community.
