Our client in Athens, GA is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join their team on a direct‑hire basis. Base Pay Range
$95,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr Company Profile

Evaluate and enhance current HR policies, procedures, and systems to identify gaps and improve efficiency. Lead HR modernization initiatives across onboarding, compliance, benefits, and employee relations. Partner with leadership to promote a positive, respectful workplace culture that supports accountability and professional development. Manage full‑cycle recruitment for skilled trade and professional roles. Redesign and implement an onboarding experience that supports engagement and long‑term retention. Provide guidance on performance management, coaching, and conflict resolution. Administer benefits, compensation programs, and leave policies while maintaining full legal compliance. Ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local labor laws and safety regulations. Oversee HR records, reporting, and HRIS administration; leverage HR metrics to inform business decisions. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SHRM‑SCP) preferred. 7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably within construction, utilities, or related field. Proven success implementing and improving HR processes, systems, and programs. Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and workforce planning. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite; NetSuite experience a plus. Features and Benefits
