Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate with customers and transportation partners to establish competitive pricing.
Industry Awareness: Stay informed on the latest supply chain trends to enhance service quality.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
End-to-End Freight Management: Collaborate with capacity teams to oversee the complete lifecycle of freight management from initiation to completion.
