Business Analyst
The Business Analyst is responsible for preparing and distributing accurate EGM and operational statistical summary reports based on the predefined report schedule. Additionally, the analyst will proactively prepare analysis and recommendations to improve revenue for existing or growing product bases.
What You'll Do
Prepare and distribute EGM reports based on a predefined schedule.
Connect with sales staff and other departments.
Conduct statistical analysis on accumulated game performance data.
Analyze and offer recommendations to sales staff on denomination mix, model types, and game types to ensure maximum revenue.
Accompany the Sales Account Manager to customer locations, including routine visits and annual account reviews.
Manage relationships with other departments to achieve company goals.
Follow state and tribal gaming regulations and company policies and procedures.
Provide mentorship to Finance & Data Analysts.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Sales, Marketing, or Business, or a minimum of five years of job‑related experience or equivalent combination.
Experience with casinos or gaming manufacturers preferred.
Slot analysis, slot management, general casino operations knowledge.
Casino accounting or auditing experience.
Ability to travel primarily within Oklahoma, with occasional travel outside of Oklahoma.
Eligibility to acquire gaming licenses if required.
Good motor vehicle report.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Macros, Pivot Tables.
Knowledge of Tableau and SQL.
Customer‑focused, teamwork, adaptability/flexibility, statistical analysis and modeling, problem solving.

Pay Range $64,214 - $119,255 per year. This position offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
Additional Information At this time, we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position. Candidates must be authorized to work in Tulsa, OK on a full‑time basis without the need for visa sponsorship.
