Base pay range
$70,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach. The Staff Accountant will handle general ledger tasks, month-end close activities, reconciliations, and financial reporting while assisting with audits, budgeting, and system maintenance. Key Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries and support month-end close processes Assist in compiling monthly financial statements and reporting packages Manage fixed asset capitalization and depreciation schedules Record and reconcile banking transactions Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations Maintain the Performio commission system, process payments, and reconcile activity Provide audit documentation and respond to auditor requests Support AP/AR as needed, including purchase orders, 1099s, and postings What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required) 2–3 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities Familiarity with process improvement and internal control best practices Compensation
