What You’ll Be Doing

Lead the strategy and execution of IT/OT infrastructure integration to support digital transformation across office and field environments.

Oversee Tier 3 support operations and ensure secure, reliable core system up time and connectivity between IT and OT systems.

Manage large-scale IT and OT projects—including infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and automation initiatives—ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery that meets quality and regulatory standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business goals and safety standards.

Drive innovation through emerging technologies such as AI, edge computing, and IIoT to enhance operational efficiency.

Oversee financial planning and budgeting for IT/OT initiatives, ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with strategic priorities.

Support the development, testing, and maintenance of IT/OT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans, ensuring operational resilience and regulatory compliance.

What Are We Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or related field. Technical certifications, experience, or vocational training in information technology or a related field may substitute for a degree.

Minimum of 3 years leading IT/OT teams and delivering integrated infrastructure solutions across enterprise and industrial environments.

Strong understanding of network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), cloud services, and industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, OPC UA).

Skilled in managing complex projects, vendor relationships, and support operations aligned with ITIL and cybersecurity standards.

Effective communicator and collaborator across technical and business teams.

Strategic thinker with a focus on operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Work Environment This role operates in a hybrid environment with a mix of office and industrial site engagement. Travel may be required to support integration efforts across locations.
