Compensation USD $130,000 per annum + up to 25% performance bonus. Total annual package up to USD $162,500.
Location Remote
Mission Own and optimize multiple digital channels—primarily Meta, yet also Google Ads, YouTube, and emerging platforms—to drive aggressive revenue growth and measurable returns, while strategically contributing to Affiliate, SEM, SEO, and Email for an integrated, high-performance marketing ecosystem.
What You'll Need
5+ years of experience, with at least 2 years managing Meta campaigns for D2C brands with proven success driving revenue across multiple digital channels.
Working knowledge of the broader marketing ecosystem, including Affiliate, SEO, SEM, and Email, with the ability to contribute to strategy.
Hands‑on knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, and other performance marketing platforms, with a track record of meeting or exceeding ROAS goals.
Proficient in campaign tracking, attribution analysis, and data interpretation to make strategic decisions in campaign optimization.
Experience optimizing funnels from initial awareness through conversion, including ad‑to‑landing‑page optimization.
Ability to ideate compelling ad concepts and guide creative assets, working effectively with design teams.
Good-to-Have
Mattress, furniture, or home goods sector background.
Experience with programmatic channels and TikTok Ads.
Familiar with automated ad creation tools and DCO.
Experience creating and optimizing video content for social and search platforms.
Knowledge of Meta Shopping features and other social commerce integrations.

Architect and launch a new, high‑impact prospecting campaign from the ground up on a channel of your choice, delivering $75,000 in directly attributed revenue from US customers with a minimum 2.5x ROAS, while building a foundation with clear, data‑backed potential to scale to a $1M+ quarterly revenue run rate.
