Responsibilities The Administrative Assistant, reporting to the center Administrator, manages schedules, coordinates documentation, and provides administrative support to senior management. Responsibilities include meeting preparation, communication development, office organization, supporting strategic initiatives, coordinating events, and assisting with internal communications while maintaining professionalism and adherence to center policies.
Required Skills
High School diploma or GED
At least 6 months of experience as an Administrative Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setting.
Prior experience with meeting coordination and office management is preferred.
