ADMISSIONS ADVISOR Love meeting new people? Do you want to guide individuals toward a new career through education? We are seeking an Admissions Advisor to become an integral part of our enrollment team at the College of Health Care Professions. This fast‑paced role is within a dynamic, high‑performing, collaborative team that works on campus to guide prospective students through admissions, career matching, and enrollment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Make and receive inbound/outbound calls to connect with prospective students and promote CHCP’s offerings.

Schedule and conduct daily interviews, campus tours, entrance assessment completions, introduce financial aid, and evaluate candidates’ fit with career goals.

Explain health‑care educational programs, outcomes, and student services accurately to students, parents, and support systems.

Use proven tools and resources (phone, interview guide, marketing collateral) while following national and state rules and regulations.

Attend new‑hire training and ongoing development sessions.

Know the monthly admission cycle, enrollment goals, program product knowledge, entrance requirements, and related policies.

Participate in recruitment and enrollment activities such as open houses, local presentations, training sessions, orientation programs, career days, and graduation events.

Generate referrals and personally develop leads by asking current students for potential candidates.

Accurately forecast projected new students with the Director of Admissions or campus management.

Maintain regular follow‑up meetings with applicants to support their success.

Become a registered Admission Representative through the Texas Workforce Commission.

Work collaboratively as a team player at CHCP – a Top Workplace for 8 years in a row.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Goal‑oriented with strong expertise in MS Office and related software.

QUALIFICATIONS

0–1 year experience in admissions recruitment or related sales experience.

Sincere interest in helping others achieve personal life goals.

Bilingual ability is a plus.
