is currently hiring for a

Food and Beverage Manager . The Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant and banquet departments, ensuring exceptional guest experience, high‑quality service, and profitable performance. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple outlets while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and banquet functions.

Supervise, train, and schedule restaurant and banquet staff to ensure efficient service and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary team to maintain quality, presentation, and consistency of food and beverage offerings.

Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor inventory, purchasing, and labor expenses.

Coordinate and oversee banquet events, ensuring seamless service from planning through completion.

Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, upsell services, and improve operations.

Support and motivate team members to achieve service excellence and departmental goals.

Qualifications

Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel setting.

Strong leadership and team‑building skills.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities.

Knowledge of Craftable, Simphony, and Delphi is preferred.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
