Position Overview We’re seeking a
Graphic Designer
with a passion for food, culture, and design to create compelling visuals for KPM’s diverse portfolio of F&B and hospitality clients. This role involves developing promotional posters, digital graphics, and marketing materials that align with each client’s brand identity while maintaining KPM’s high creative standards.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for composition and typography, a deep understanding of visual storytelling, and experience designing both print and digital assets for marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Design marketing and promotional assets, including posters, menus, signage, packaging, and social media graphics.
Support creative direction for F&B and hospitality campaigns through moodboards and visual explorations.
Prepare and adapt design assets for multiple formats (print, digital, and social media).
Collaborate closely with the strategy, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Update and maintain design templates, brand guidelines, and asset libraries.
Deliver artwork on tight deadlines with attention to detail and brand consistency.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in design (agency or F&B/ F&B/hospitality experience preferred).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma is a plus.
Strong sense of layout, typography, and color composition.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
Bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus, but not required.
